Downtown Raleigh Valentine's Day Session|ANet + ANdrew

I posted a New Year's Giveaway on my Instagram for a free couples session and I was so excited when I tallied up the counts and found Anet won! Her and I used to work together but between the pandemic, working remote and Anet leaving the company, we lost contact. Needless to say, it was so awesome to reconnect and spend the evening with her and her fiancé, Andrew.

Anet, Andrew and I (oh, and Andrew's sister who was so sweet) met downtown Raleigh at the Moore parking deck to start the session. It was honestly the perfect day to be outside - sunny and 70's... in FEBRUARY. I mean how often does that happen?! Anet and Andrew CRUSHED it. Their love for each other was so apparent and made my job so easy.

After the parking deck we drove five minutes down the road to the Dillion Apartments to catch the sunset. We intended to go up to the 9th floor where there is a beautiful rooftop with an immaculate view of Raleigh's skyline. Unfortunately, they close early on the weekends which means no public access *sad face*. That was an error on my part for not realizing but Anet and Andrew were totally understanding and we quickly came up with a plan B. We were right around the corner from Barcelona Wine Bar and the Raleigh Union Station so we took advantage of those industrial views downtown and to be honest, we got still some amazing shots!

Anet and Andrew, thank you for trusting me to capture your happiness and love for each other. Cheers to you!
